Canada's Smallest Province — Prince Edward Island

Fishing boats are pointed out to sea.
Our first motorcycle trip was to Prince Edward Island. Neither of us had been there, so we went. On the first trip, we followed secondary roads to the island. It was about an hour or two longer to drive, but the scenery was well worth the effort.

PEI is roughly divided into thirds: west, centre and east. This gallery provides a smattering of photos from all three sections, as well as photos we took on our way to and from the island.

To honour the Rugby World Cup being held in Japan, I thought I’d show a few pictures from Beppu, which is on the most southern main island of Kyushu. Beppu is near Oita, which is one of the locations at which games will be played.
